How do I choose the right size?

Our items have USA sizes on the tags, but conversions and fitting indications are available on all product pages.

I'm new to your website, how do I shop?

martellc.com is available from all desktop and mobile devices. Shopping at martellc.com is easy: you can browse our catalogues by color, size, material and style.

For the items you wish to purchase, just choose color and size and add them to your shopping cart.

You can review and edit your choices at any time before checking out.

 We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards. You can also pay using Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, or PayPal. You will receive an invoice for all your purchases.

 

Can I make any changes to my order before it is shipped?

If you wish to change color or size or remove some of the items in your order, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible: once the order has been sent to our warehouse, approximately 24 hours after purchase, it will no longer be possible to modify it.

 

You can always request a return after the delivery of the order if you change your mind on one or more items. Read more on our "Return Policy" and "Terms and Conditions" for more information.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the Tracking Number for your parcel by email: you can use this reference to follow delivery on the UPS website. You will receive all the instructions in the shipping confirmation email.
